TAIZE

Over 100,000 young people visit Taizé Community in France every year. Many of them are from Christian homes.  What's more, an increasing number of churches are introducing Taizé worship practices in their church services. Just what exactly is Taizé? Taize - a community and worship

Excellent read. Very informative and useful - especially the chapter on Taize worship/ chanting. A Christian friend was attracted by the 'Chants' and gave me a CD , which I could not bring myself to listen to. I hadn't enough knowledge of the practise of chanting so I've been unable to convey to her why it is wrong and un-christian - this has solved my problem, so a big 'thank you' to Chris Lawson !

Taize-A Community and Worship: Ecumenical Reconciliation or an Interfaith Delusion?

A great resource! Easy to read, easy to understand. Appendix article (The Desert Fathers) was also very helpful. Many of us biblical Christians need to be more 'tuned-in' to false religions that seem to be claiming just enough 'truth' to get a 'foot in the door.' Thanks for your important ministry!
