In my book “Another Jesus” Calling, I describe many problems regarding Sarah Young’s best-selling book Jesus Calling. In particular, there are some serious New Age implications to what her “Jesus” is presenting in his “messages” to Young and her countless readers. Nevertheless, Laura Minchew, a Senior Vice-President at Thomas Nelson publishers, adamantly defends Jesus Calling and defiantly denies that the book has any New Age implications. She told World Net Daily, “I will tell you that should anyone hint of New Age teachings in Jesus Calling, they would be sorely misinformed.1

But Minchew’s statement is both ironic and untrue. It is ironic because even as she was issuing her denial, Thomas Nelson editors were busy deleting some of the very New Age material in question. I’m not sure what Laura Minchew’s understanding of the New Age is, but as a former New Ager, I can assure you there are many New Age implications—both direct and indirect—in Jesus Calling In this booklet, I am going to present ten of them.

THE NEW AGE IMPLICATIONS OF JESUS CALLING

This booklet is one that really needs to be spread far and wide. In our area, "Jesus Calling" is very popular, and well-meaning Christians have no clue as to the demonic origins of it. People who love the truth will receive this booklet in sincerity, and hopefully pass copies on to others who are literally hooked on these channeled messages! Very dangerous stuff. Satan comes as an "angel of light" and we must never forget that!

You can't miss with Warren B. Smith!

This is one insightful booklet, written by a man who knows whereof he speaks.

It cannot be stated strongly enough - 'Jesus Calling' is a dangerous book. As Warren writes: "...it is a sad day when avowed Christians find themselves encouraged by a deceptive mix of truth and New Age error."

This book by Sarah Young has hit the Christian community like a tsunami. And because Warren Smith was dramatically delivered from the New Age, he knows firsthand what a time bomb this Jesus Calling phenomena is. This booklet will greatly help those who are open to the truth. The truth being that this 'Jesus Calling' book presents a false Christ. Quoting from Warren's booklet: "This much for sure. The true Christ doesn't mix truth with New Age teachings. This is what the false Christ does."

This is a vitally important subject and booklet that will be extremely beneficial to those mesmerized by Sarah Young's writings.
