Lighthouse Trails Journal is a must have publication for the discerning Christian. With the rise of mysticism, and other like things, disguising themselves as the Truth, we need solid material that sheds the light of Truth over the dark landscape that is called the "Church." Thanks for being there, as genuine light bearers.

Ray Yungen is an easy author to understand. I selfishly wish he was still with us but I bet he doesn't wish it. Anyway: we are bombarded with new age mysticism. It's leading people on the broad path to hell. We need to bombard people where we live with this booklet(and other booklets). The warning might pull someone out of the fire. Jude 1:23.

'Christian' Yoga: No such beast! As Chris Lawson clearly warns us.
My friend expressed concern about yoga being introduced in her church. I didn't think much about it but because of her distress, I started researching the subject. That's how I eventually found Lighthouse trails. That's when I was enlightened to all the new age movements. Up until then, I realized things wrong in my church but I didn't have a name for it all. I'm still shocked by the realization of what it all entails. I know God is with us and we need not be afraid. We do need to put on all the armor of God, be on our guard, and warn others. We can't assume that others know about all this. Turns out, that my friend was right to worry about yoga. Sozo was introduced into her church, visualization, and 'imagining' messages by the Holy Spirit. Example of the teachers instruction: look at a cloud and tell what the Holy Spirit is saying!! Seeing Angels was also brought in...later, I found out that my friend's church's 'mother' church is affiliated with Bill Johnson's Bethel church in Redding California. One lie leads to another and apostasy takes over.

Greg Reid asks in Progression to Deception: 'where are the watchmen, shepherds, pastors?' He also states, "the more error we receive, the more the ability to discern goes numb".
Why have these 'watchmen, shepherds, pastors' failed to shout the warnings? Because they would rather believe a lie than truth. Because they do not love the truth, God has sent them a strong delusion. 2 Thessalonians 2:9-11.
This is an excellent booklet that needs to be given out, so those who will heed the warnings, can warn others...

The broken condition of the church...when did it come to all of this? Once you read this booklet, I doubt you will forget it. Rick Warren is preaching another gospel. Imagine all the souls he is influencing to travel the wrong path. Galatians 1:8 warns what will happen to anyone who preaches another gospel...it is so dangerous that the warning is repeated again in Galatians 1:9!!!

It is so difficult for me to get used to the fact that the church has been invaded with new age apostasy. Contemplative prayer is a dangerous vehicle that takes a person down the broad way to destruction. Mathew 7:13-14. Ray Yungen's booklet is an excellent booklet to give out to warn and inform people.

Many women's Bible studies use 'Christian' author's books rather than studying Bible scriptures...I remember when Beth Moore's teachings were introduced to our study. At that time, I had no knowledge of the new age movements/contemplative prayer/etc. I wish someone had been able to warn me. Yes, probably most will not heed the warnings but some will! We have an obligation to warn people if we love and care for their souls...for surely we can not accept new age apostasy and think the soul is not in danger.

I needed my dictionary for the word, 'propensities' but this booklet gives clear understanding to Bill Johnson's New Age tendencies. I purchased the book, 'The Physics of Heaven' that this booklet warns about. It is a shockingly foolish book. There is a lot of good information in this booklet. I wish someone would cover the subject of Bethel's SOZO program. Also, Bill Johnson's wife, Beni, had a blog called: 'Wakey, Wakey', waking up angels. I think her blog site can still be 'googled'...Some of Bethel's teachings invaded my church. I feel so grieved about it...I did send the pastor Lighthouse Trails' information. I pray that something gets through to him.

We can purchase the booklets that Lighthouse Trail offers and give them out. Send them to friends or churches. This booklet is excellent. Thank you.

I am not finished with the book but so far is is very helpful and enlightening.

These well-written and true tales of life among the Canadian Indians of the vast and still pristine Northwest Territories in the second half of the 1800's will transport you to a world that is no longer here. With Egerton Ryerson Young's somewhat antiquated usage of the English language, he paints some very winsome descriptions of the people, natural forces and the animals that were his daily experience as he endeavored to bring the Gospel to the people of this remote area. It is a superior book.

A useful booklet to give anyone who insists on using The Message despite warnings (I've met several!), or someone who has not researched and thought through the nature of The Message and is open to more information. While there is more wrong with The Message than this short booklet covers, it is a good overview of the wrong spirit corrupting The Message generally, and gives some detail too, and could either open someone for more discussion or prompt more research or even prevent someone from using The Message altogether. Useful also to get clear in your own mind what you can focus on when discussing The Message.

This book is a must-read. It explains how New Age philosophies have moved into every aspect of our lives and our culture. I highly recommend it.

Always happy with your tea! I love the Scripture and I put them in encouragement cards that I send. It would be nice if each packet stated whether it is caffeine or not.

I depend on Lighthouse Trails Research Journals to explore and expose the invasive apostasy that perverts the true Gospel.

A dictionary source gives the meaning of the word, 'clear' as: Free from darkness. Certainly Ray Yungen's book, A Time of Departing, takes us out of the darkness on ancient mystical practices. The author has obviously researched his topics. Most importantly, he backs up what he writes with scripture; he explains why the spiritual formation/new age/contemplative prayer/yoga/emerging church/ movements' are not biblical and are indeed another gospel( Galatians 1:6-9; 2 Corinthians 11:3-4) For me, these movements are anti-Christ. God does not wink at any of this. I truly thank God for the men and women who are not afraid to speak out against apostasy/heresy.

The journal is pack full of timely information and will be read and re-read...

This is a wonderful publication! I'm currently reading the second issue of my subscription and am so impressed with how knowledgeable the editors are and how well the articles are written. I've subscribed to many Christian publications over the years and this is by far the best. So many of the current church "fads" are exposed for what they are, and it's obvious that the editors have truly researched them. I'm grateful that something so thorough and clear is available to us.

Very good insight and explanation on a controversial subject. Important topic, important reading, an important subject in which to have knowledge and understanding. It impacts so many people and weakens them so that they are prime candidates for the devil's attack. Thank you for publishing something that must not have been easy or supported.

This DVD set should be in the hands of every Christian. Very well done and very crucial to the times we live in.

Haven't had time to read it yet, but if I know Roger Oakland's writings well enough, it's sure to be very much worth reading. Really admire Oakland.

Found the truth about Calvinism to be horrible. Don't understand how Calvinism can still be around after such a long time.

This needs to be shared with a lot of people. The "lie" of the end times is revealed through their words.

It’s not do something but it’s what Christ did for us.

This is an excellent "dictionary" to help us be aware of what kind of deception is worming its way into our churches. I could easily recognize some of these terms as starting to appear in churches I've been a part of, all by well-intentioned pastors and leaders who didn't realize the true meanings. I bought two extra copies of the booklet to give to friends, as I think every Christian should be well-informed about the devices of the devil.

I have actually viewed all three of Carols Wide is the Gate and have to say these are the most concise and accurate portrayal of the apostasy that has been going on in the church for quite some time. These videos should be given to Pastors far and wide as we see the approaching of our soon coming King!!! Every time I watched one I found another area that the enemy has infiltrated the church with deception and lies--amazing!!! Gods Word is THE TRUTH and I praise the Lord for Carol's life and the quality work she did--She ran her race WELL!!!!

It has become obvious that our churches have become a haven for Satan, because our pastors no longer realize that they too are servants of God. Just because a man stands in the pulpit our people have come to believe that he is the real authority, The Bible has simply become a bookend on our bookshelf.Most people get their knowledge of what it contains second hand, instead of searching for the gems themselves. Roger Oakland has written a wonderful book for them.

I’ve been giving the three dvd pack of Wide Is The Gate as wedding gifts. I want my loved ones to be on the narrow path that leads to life, so I can’t think of a better wedding gift.

David had many good insights into the problems with today's church. I wonder if Christ's church has ever been what God desires it to be. A friend once stated that she wished the church was just like the early church, and I asked her, if the early church was so great why did the Apostle Paul have to write so many letters telling them to shape up? But as David points out, God's power is being denied in many, probably most, congregations today. As always, Christians need to rely on Him and not on ourselves or our churches...or the world.

Thanks for a great job! I did not want to put it down. So sad that many are drawn in to this cult.

This booklet explains things in a fairly concise way, is a good resource to hand out to someone who is confused about what is going on. I especially like that it explains how this warped use of the word "mindful" ( a current trendy word heard often) Since the use of meditation actually involves "jamming" your mind out so you can't think, which would be the opposite of a dictionary definition of Mindful!

This video gives you a pretty thorough explanation of "new age" things that are happening, and how they are infiltrating, even the Church.

The written articles are clear warnings in a time when way too many churches are preaching 'another gospel.' Galatians 1: 8-9.

How sad that some would take the promises that God has given to Israel and claim them instead for Gentiles. I remember from years ago that someone told me specifically that America was the new Israel. Mike clearly dispels this erroneous teaching as he explains the promises. The church needs to stop picking and choosing which verses we want to make our own (all blessings, of course). God is definitely not finished with Israel.

As soon as I started reading this book I felt like a mirror had been held up to my face, my life. I became a Christian 45 years ago, beginning my new life in the charismatic movement and spending about 35 of those years in various charismatic settings. If it wasn't at a Pentacostal church which held conferences with people from the New Apostolic Reformation et al, it was in visiting other churches with charismatic speakers, always with signs and wonders. Kevin Reeves did an excellent job in writing about this type of enticement into emotional experiences, and I hope his book will show readers who are still involved with this form of "religion" that they need to come out and follow only what is Biblical.
